The Federal Police of Argentina arrested a man in the Buenos Aires city of Campana accused of sexually abusing his minor daughter and producing child sexual exploitation material. The suspect was denounced by his partner, who, when checking his backpack, discovered photos and videos in which he raped the teenager.

According to police sources, after collecting various evidence of what was happening, the woman made the corresponding presentation before the Fiscal Unit of Instruction No. 3 of the town and Justice issued a request for the arrest of the accused for the crimes of “seriously outrageous sexual abuse and with carnal access aggravated by the bond and by the pre-existing coexistence with the victim under 18in real competition with the production of child pornography”.

The man, who, knowing the complaint, had hidden in a house in the neighborhood Zavaleta of the city of Buenos Aires, was detained by federal agents from the Special Investigations Department as part of a broad surveillance operation.

A large amount of computer equipment was seized at the scene: images and footage of abuse, 9 flash drives, 28 micro SD memories, CDs, 6 cell phones, a notebook and several drawings made by the sexually assaulted minor.

In parallel, the Police of the province of Buenos Aires conducted a search of the man’s home, where various pieces of evidence were also seized. The detainee is a 36-year-old Paraguayanwhich was identified as AG and which is motor disabled due to an accident he suffered years ago. He remained at the disposal of Justice.
