“The need to appoint specialists from other parts of the country, from foreigners, is being analyzed,” Orozco explained.

The last testimony of the whereabouts of the young woman was the video of a security camera that showed her leaving her house with the intention of going to look for work.as reported by his father to the press.

The death triggered media attention amid the outrage generated by Debanhi Escobar, an 18-year-old girl who disappeared on the night of April 8 in the outskirts of Monterrey.

Debanhi’s body was found on April 21 at the bottom of a motel cistern, near the highway to Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, on the border with the United States.

Both cases have highlighted the seriousness of gender violence in Mexico, where an average of 10 women are murdered every day, according to official data.
