“We will destroy Tel Aviv and Haifa if the enemy makes mistakes, by order of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution (Ali Khamenei),” he said. Heidari in a speech in a barracks, according to the Iranian news agency Tasnim.

“The military and defensive achievements of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran they are a thorn in the eyes of the enemies”, added the soldier.

Heidarí assured that the Iranian Armed Forces are being equipped with state-of-the-art material, especially with drones and missiles with greater range “to respond to the stupid violations of the enemies of the Islamic Revolution.”

In addition, he assured that “in less than 25 years, Islam will once again embrace the Muslim lands occupied by Israel”, referring to Palestine.

The threats from the commander-in-chief of the Iranian Army come after the assassination in mid-May of a colonel of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards at the door of his house in the center of Tehran.

The commander-in-chief of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, General Hossein Salami, days later accused Israel of the colonel’s murder and promised revenge.

“God willing, we will avenge his death,” Salamí said in a meeting with the family of the dead colonel, according to the IRNA news agency.
