This was reported by the president’s office, who this morning was going to receive the 2022-2026 National Strategy from the Presidential Advisory Council for Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation for Development (CTCI) at the Mirador Interactive Museum (MIM).

According to La Moneda sources, the head of state is working from home, located in the Yungay neighborhood. In his replacement, the meeting will be headed by the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency, Giorgio Jackson.

During that day, the president had an appointment with the Minister of Transport and Telecommunications, Juan Carlos Muñoz, and his pair of Public Works, Juan Carlos García, to work on the National Railway Development Plan. Nevertheless, that meeting was suspended until further notice due to the president’s discomfort, who that same day went home. Yesterday, meanwhile, he had no public activities and remained in the same place, as indicated by his environment.

Boric received a vaccine from the Moderna laboratory, which causes physical and muscular discomfort, headache and fever in most cases. The third dose He received it on December 24 in the commune of San Miguel, just three days after winning the second round of the presidential election against José Antonio Kast.

The month before, when he was still a candidate, tested positive for Covid-19 and entered quarantine along with other applicants to La Moneda with whom he had contact.
