Occupying authorities of Kherson ask to evacuate civilians before Ukrainian counteroffensive: “Take your children and leave”

The Russian occupation authorities of the Kherson region in southern Ukraineasked Moscow on Thursday to evacuate civilians from that territory annexed by Russia at the end of September and the target of a counteroffensive by the Ukrainian army.
