26-year-old dies after falling from the 54th floor of a New York skyscraper

A 26-year-old woman died Wednesday after falling from a skyscraper roof bar in downtown New Yorkaccording to police sources quoted this Thursday by the newspaper new york post.

The young woman was leaning on the railing of Bar 54, located on that floor, at the top of a chain hotel Hyattwhen he lost his footing and fell, but not to the street, but to a balcony located almost thirty floors below, on the 27th floor.

The newspaper says that it could have been an accident, although the causes of the event are still being investigated, which occurred at 3:30 in the afternoon, and the premises had to close for the rest of the afternoon and night.

According to its website, Bar 54 promotes itself as “the highest open terrace bar in New York hotels”, from which you can see the two rivers that surround Manhattan, the famous chrysler building and the entire Lower area Manhattan.
