This newspaper investigated and established that the Lexus belongs, for four months, to Rafael Julio Vega Cuello.

It has a company located in Barranquilla dedicated to the sale of computers and telecommunications activities. But what has caught the attention of the authorities is that Vega Cuello had already been the victim of an attack.
