NATO chief sees Russia’s withdrawal from Kherson as ‘another victory’ for Ukraine

The general secretary of the NATOJens Stoltenberg, considered this Thursday that the withdrawal of Russian forces from Khersonconstitutes “another victory” for Ukrainespeaking to the press at the end of a meeting in Rome with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
