In another publication, she shows that, when recorded, the men who harassed her they fled, running into the station.

Governed by an absolutist monarchy, the power of the country belongs to the emir, the main leader, passing through dynasties and without having to respect constitutional limits.

These limits are set by the dynasty Thani Housewhich commands the emirate since 1825, and obeys the sharia, the Islamic religious law that dictates economic, socio-cultural and even foreign policy principles.

Since the announcement that this year’s World Cup would take place in Qatar, there have been many controversies, especially in the field of human rights: the exploitation of immigrant labor in the construction of infrastructure works and stadiums in the country, the position of women —lower than men— and the fact that the Homosexuality is considered a sin punishable by death.

Islam allows a man to marry up to four women, but sets conditions for these marriages. One of them, and the strictest, is that the man must be able to treat all his women equally.

In Qatar, only men have the right to have more than one spouse. Under sharia, the country has restrictive rules and laws regarding women. There, Qataris can only marry with the permission of a male family member.
