”We recommend that Russian citizens refrain from making trips to Peru that are not absolutely necessary”, says the foreign statement.
The note highlights that the protests taking place in the capital and eight regions of the country are accompanied by “clashes with the police” road closures and attacks on civilian infrastructure.
