Zelensky to the United States Congress: “Our two countries are allies in battle”

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskystressed this Wednesday to the US Congress that the United States and Ukraine are “allied” in the war against Ukraine and thanked the support that has allowed his country “to be alive and kicking.”

“Our two nations are allied in this battle”he affirmed in a joint session of the Senate and the House of Representatives, in which he was received with ovations and applause and where he stressed that “Russian tyranny has lost power” over his country.
