Florida Submits Evidence to Sue Biden Over His Immigration Policies

The attorney general of FloridaAshley Moody, announced on Monday the presentation of “damning evidence” in a lawsuit against the administration of the president of USA, Joe Bidendue to the border crisis and its “destructive” policies of immigration.

Moody’s legal team presented the evidence before the federal court for the northern district of Florida where the lawsuit filed in 2021 is being heard.

The Florida attorney general maintains that several emails “previously withheld” for him US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contain conversations with the commissioners of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in which the “destruction of immigration structures” created by donald trump during his Presidency (2017-2021).

A situation that, according to Moody, left the US Border Patrol (USBP) “with no other options except to release almost all the immigrants found” at the border.

According to the lawsuit, since March 2021 the patrol has released approximately one million immigrants on the country’s southwest border, 105,000 of them in a single month.

Moody’s said the messages now presented as evidence indicate that the surge in illegal immigrants caused by Biden’s immigration policies “will overwhelm immediately” federal detention capacity.

The US Department of Justice”should“have delivered the emails to the state of Florida, however, this body”withheld the test” and litigation was necessary to access these messages.

The messages are just one piece in a pile of explosive evidence discovered” what includes “statements by DHS officials, memos dictating USBP will withdraw in case border is overrun by migrants”, among other points.
