“Today, January 19, 2023, my attacker IRVING AGUILAR was about to take my lifetoday I am here with fear… asking for help so that this happens to no one else and above all nothing happens to me and my family”.

“Help me spread the word and that justice be done for so many years that I have lived violated, this person is always armed, he is aggressive and impulsive, everyone knows it but today I decide that no more!!!!! Not anymore because I have someone to live and fight for!!!!”, he wrote.

According to what she narrates between sobs, she was inside a room, after he argued with his ex-partner in the morning because he had hit his sonwhen the man in question broke in, he took the girl’s cell phone and began to throw it, and then he choked her and began to beat her.

Later, he explains, his son went out into the street and asked for the help of a girl who was passing byand she herself managed to escape and also ask for help.

And he clarifies that “I never imagined that he would attack me again in the way he did today. I couldn’t do anything, I couldn’t contact my family”, in addition to explaining that his cell phone had become unusable.

He also tells that it is a relationship of several years, where His now ex-partner was always very aggressive, but he had repeatedly promised that he would change.

“He has two complaints for domestic violence,” she clarifies, but considers that they have not advanced because the family of her aggressor resolves conflicts “with money”.

“And they did it again, because the police were outside, and from one moment to the next, a judge in family matters just came to my home to place a 30-day restraining order against me and my family, and obviously that I continue with the complaint, which obviously already has two folders.

Jaiz Sarmiento confirmed to THE UNIVERSAL that, in effect, he continued with the complaint; However, in the video he accuses that:

“We fall into corruption, that the aggressors walk around, free, without paying for what they do. Today it is me, and right now I can tell it and tell you what I experienced this morning, but perhaps this video would have been made by someone from my family, or my friends, or people who appreciate me and love me, they would have gone to march in front of the prosecutor’s office to do me justice.”

Additionally, he narrated the abuses of which he was a victim in recent months, described his ex-partner as sexist, said that he used drugs, and called on women to stop this type of violent relationship as soon as they occur.
