Alleged murderer of DJ Valentina Trespalacios was arrested in Panama

authorities of Panama confirmed that John Poulos, the main suspect in the death of the Dj Valentina Trespalacios, was arrested under a measure of administrative detention when he tried to escape to another country in the region. The Colombian authorities are waiting for an official arrest warrant to be issued to continue with the judicial process against the man of American nationality.

A key piece in the investigation carried out by the authorities is the testimony of Valentina’s best friendwho traveled from Barranquilla, to collaborate with the search for the person or persons responsible for the homicide.

”She left her WhatsApp account open on my computer and there were some photos where you could see the boyfriend’s suitcase. Apparently, that matches the color and characteristics of the suitcase where she later appeared dead ”, the woman pointed out.

But this newspaper knew the testimony of another of her close friends in which it is heard that the woman would have published on her social networks a photo with another man who was not Poulos.

“It was very rare for her to post a status with a man who was not her partner (…), I found out about the gringo because she asked me for recommendations on how to treat him, because I also have a gringo boyfriend.”
