Poland will send more tanks to Ukraine “in a few days,” Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told reporters in kyiv on Friday, after Warsaw announced it had already sent four Leopard 2 tanks.
“We are able to transfer tanks very soon (…) also in a few days we will deliver PT-91 tanks, very good – 60 tanks will arrive in Ukraine”, explained Morawiecki, visiting Kiev on the occasion of the anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The Polish prime minister assured that his country is set to train Ukrainian pilots in the use of F-16 fighter jets on Polish soil.
“He stressed that this would always have to have the agreement of the broader coalition, but Poland is willing to carry out those training sessions.”he pointed.
The president, whose country is one of Ukraine’s main allies in Europe, considered that the latest sanctions proposed by the European Union against Russia were “too weak.”

“Regarding the tenth package of sanctions, we are not happy with it because it is too soft, too weak. We propose that additional people be included. We have long been suggesting that additional Russian products be included.” told the press.
