Mexico: five of the six disappeared women found burned in Celaya, Guanajuato

They are: Yoselin Daniela Zamorano Macias, 20 years old, Mariana Gutierrez Guzman 19 years old, Sandra Daniela Paredes González 24 years old, Paulina Berenice Resendiz Martinez 25 years old, Gabriela Barbosa Ruiz 48 years old and Rosa Maria Ramirez Ayala 42 years old.

The prosecutor pointed out that firearms were seized from the six detainees, which according to ballistics studies are related to various executions that are included in investigation folders; In addition, they found useful cartridges, tactical equipment, and drugs.

One of Yoselin’s aunts asked that they be told the truth about where her niece is, because first they were told that there were six bodies located and now there are only five.

“I know that they are not going to give her life anymore”, “that they tell us where her body is”.

In the Main Square of Celaya, social activists demanded justice for the six murdered young women, and safety for all the women, who now cannot even go out on the streets due to the danger. “We don’t want more deaths!” they repeated.

“Let’s raise our voices for the crimes that have become commonplace. Chingao Celaya: Wake up! How many more?… Not one more, not one more,” said one of the protesters.
