He transformed a dilapidated house into a mansion and liked it so much that now he is dedicated to home remodeling

The dream of every couple is to have their own house to organize it in their own way and make the modifications they see fit. But it is also true that the increase in interest rates slows down the real estate sector and this makes it somewhat difficult to buy a house or apartment today.

Faced with this scenario, some couples choose to live in their parents’ house for budget reasons, while others buy the house already built, even knowing the expense that would be involved in making the modifications due to the time it is abandoned.

He also indicated that they had to remove the old tiles to put in new wood and leveled all the floors. “I ended up jacking up the back of the house, putting the joists back under it, and then putting in the new hardwood floors. Now there are no squeaks on the floor.”

Before the renovation, Adam pointed out that the bathroom was unusable but had to be restored for his wife to give birth to their fifth child in the house.

The project that he “enjoyed” the most — to call it that — was remodeling the house. They dismantled everything to put in herringbone floors and painted all the cabinets. “Jessica and I also added stone to the countertops and completely rebuilt the pantry,” added.
