Putin honors military blogger killed in St. Petersburg attack

The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, today posthumously decorated Russian military blogger Vladlen Tatarskikilled in a bomb attack on Sunday in St. Petersburg.

The presidential decree grants the Order to Courage to Tatarskialias of Maxim Fomin“for the courage shown in the fulfillment of his professional duty.”
