Putin’s visit to Kherson and Lugansk is a “tour through mass crime scenes”, Ukraine described

The ukrainian presidency described today the visit of the Russian president, Vladimir Putinto Kherson and luhansk of “special tour of mass crime scenes” committed by its troops in the occupied territories.

Putin’s “debasement” is “impressive”considered the spokesman for the presidency, Mykhailo Podolyakthrough his twitter account.

He Kremlin reported today about that trip, in which the Russian president inquired about the situation on the southern and eastern fronts.

“The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation visited the headquarters of the Dnieper group at the address of Kherson”, said the Russian Presidency in a brief statement published on its website about Putin’s first visit to the head of this region in almost 14 months of military campaign in Ukraine.

This is the first visit of putin to the region of Kherson, which Russian troops only partially control and from whose northern third they withdrew last November. On March 19, the Russian president visited Mariupolin the eastern region of Donetsk.
