After six days missing in Bogotá, Colombiathe young María Paula Munévar Olmos, 23, was found dead this Wednesday.
Munévar is the daughter of the Secretary of the First Section of the Council of State, Pedro Munévar.

The young woman had been missing since April 13.

“The facts are being investigated by the corresponding authorities,” said the entity that regretted the events and sent a message of condolences to his family.
“The University thanks the authorities, the media and all those who supported the search for María Paula, who will leave a deep void in our community and in all the people who had the opportunity to meet her and share with her,” he said. .
Although initially it was believed that his last location was the center of Bogotá, in the La Mariposa sector, it was indicated that he really lost track of him after he got off the Transmilenio station on 45th street in Bogotá, near the Javeriana University where she studies in the afternoon.
This Wednesday, before the young woman was found, her father, Pedro Munévar had told EL TIEMPO that María Paula had classes in the afternoon on the day she disappeared and explained that the young woman was very shy and reserved.
“María Paula is very shy. We ask for support because I don’t see any results, six days is not normal. I have no idea. We are desperate. I have received the collaboration of many people but there has been no result,” Munévar said at the time.
María Paula needed medication on a daily basis and studied Information Science, Library Science and Archiving at the Javeriana University.
