An exceptional property in Los Angeles could become the most expensive in the world

A villa in Los Angeles (United States) presented as the most expensive in the world will be auctioned to cover the debts of the promoter Nile Niami, at the origin of the project. The manor in question, called “The One”, is located in the Bel-Air district and has a living area of approximately 9,700 m², specifies the Los Angeles Magazine. It is built on a plot of more than two hectares. Nile Niami initially hoped to market this property for 500 million dollars (around 422 million euros).

The man is now in default of payment and owes 165 million dollars, or 140 million euros, to his various creditors. The property would ultimately have to find a taker for a much lower amount than what the businessman expected to get out of it. The property consists of 42 shower rooms, bathrooms and toilets as well as 21 bedrooms. The main one covers 510 m².

The villa also has a garage that can accommodate 30 cars, two of which can be displayed in a revolving display case. It offers a 360 ° view of the city of Los Angeles. The field also includes an athletics track. With the marketing of “The One”, Ted Lanes, liquidator appointed by the court, wishes to be able to reimburse the people who have loaned money to Nile Niami and the unpaid bills of the real estate developer.

He has not yet determined how much the villa will be priced or on what date. “The One”, which is the third largest property in the United States, is not yet complete and has not yet received its occupancy permit.
