NATO chief asks allies to help Ukraine over Kakhovka dam destruction

The general secretary of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Jens Stoltenberg, on Thursday urged the members of the military alliance to accelerate humanitarian aid to Ukraine before the destruction of the Kajovke dam, reported the institution.
