“Disclaimers Rodrigo Anton Tambini – It was not a transphobic or deliberate aggression,” the Peruvian published on Twitter on June 13, where he also wrote “I apologize to anyone who may feel affected by some foolish comment they have heard as a result of the euphoria generated by the discussion”.

In the tweet, Rodrigo Anton Tambini defends himself in three videos and indicates that the trans woman entered the car in an “obfuscated manner.”

“When I realized this, I was wearing headphones, I decide to take them off, and I see that he is screaming. All the people were scared, kind of uncomfortable by what the person was doing. So, since he was yelling in a very aggressive way, I approach him and say “what’s up? Is everything okay?’, To which this person throws a fist in my face, ”says Rodrigo Anton Tambini in the video of his discharge.

“He punches me again and after that I said ‘this person just wants to attack me.’ And that’s where the recording starts. I start to defend myself and in the images you can see it. I understand that any act or type of violence is totally wrong, but it was evident that, in truth, it is an act of defense and with the security cameras I will be able to prove it, ”he adds in the video.

“I understand that there are people who spread the word and I know that many or most of them may have good intentions but unfortunately by not reporting they are causing more damage and unfairly,” Rodrigo Anton Tambini wrote on Twitter.

Various users reacted to the release and were in total disagreement, condemning the violence against trans women on the subway.
