The indictment says that Nauta lied to the agents when he said that he was not aware that boxes with documents had been moved in the mansion.

And when the FBI asked him if he knew where in the house the boxes were, he said, “I wish I could tell you. I don’t know. I honestly don’t know.”

Now Nauta He faces six federal charges, including conspiracy to obstruct justice, corruptly concealing a document or record, and making false statements.
