Biden: Neither the West nor NATO have been involved in the attempted uprising in Russia

The President of the USA, Joe Bidenremarked this Monday that neither West not even NATO were involved in the attempted uprising of the leader of the Wagner group, Yevgeny Prigozhinagainst the Russian military and political leadership.

In his first public statements on the matter, Biden explained in a speech at the White House who was following the facts “hour by hour” with his national security team and that he spoke with the allies “clue” by Zoom to be sure that the Russian president, Vladimir PutinI wouldn’t blame them for what happened.

Meanwhile, he asserted that the US and its partners will be “closely aligned” in your interpretation and response to this situation, because “It is important to be fully coordinated”, he opined.

The boss of the wagner group, Yevgeny Prigozhinhighlighted this Monday in his first statements after the failed mutiny that only sought to save the private military company from disappearing and not change power in Russia.
