Prigozhin thanks the Russian people for their support and promises new victories at the front

The leader of wagner group, Yevgeny Prigozhinwho has been missing since June 24, when he led a failed armed rebellion in Russiapublished an audio message on Monday in which he thanked the people for their support and anticipated “new victories on the front.”

“Today we need your support like never before. and i appreciate it”he pointed Prigozhin in the message, broadcast by the Telegram channel “Gray Zone”, close to the Wagner Group.

According to Wagner’s boss, the “March for Justice” that lasted 24 hours and in which the wagnerites traveled almost 800 kilometers and almost reached Moscow, had as its objective “fight the traitors” and “mobilize” society.

“I think we have achieved a lot of that”he opined.

At once, Prigozhin he was convinced that soon the Russians will see new victories.

“Soon you will see our next victories at the front. Thanks guys”, he concluded without elaborating.

This is Prigozhin’s second message since the failed wagner mutiny on June 24 and his announced departure to Belarus, where the businessman has not yet been seen.

He Chairman of the State Duma or lower house of the Russian Parliament, Viacheslav Volodinaffirmed yesterday that many of the mercenaries of the Cluster Wagner will continue to serve Russia.

At the same time, this Sunday Wagner announced that “temporarily suspended” the work of their recruitment centers for a period of one month due to “temporary non-participation in the military campaign (in Ukraine) and transfer to belarus”.
