The president of USA, Joe Bidensigned this Thursday an executive order that authorizes the mobilization of up to 3,000 reservists to strengthen the Atlantic Resolution operation, whose objective is to reinforce the eastern flank of the NATO.

The Democratic president considered in that order that for effective compliance with the operation Atlantic Resolution it is necessary to increase the active forces of USA under the authority of US European Command.

He Pentagon He specified in a telephone press conference that these 3,000 people are not additional troops, but that it is about making these reservists available to that operation as support.
