China: 5.4 magnitude earthquake leaves at least 10 injured and 12 buildings collapsed

A magnitude 5.4 earthquake struck northeastern China on Sunday, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), and left at least 10 people injured and dozens of buildings collapsed.
