DeSantis fires his campaign manager shortly before the first Republican debate

Trump is the clear favorite among Republicans for the primaries despite the criminal charges against him, which the former tycoon attributes to a “Witch hunt” headed by the Democrats, a thesis that convinces a good part of its supporters.

Trump boasts of having raised millions of dollars thanks to each of his legal problems and the media attention they arouse.
