Illinois shooting leaves four dead inside Crystal Lake home

Four people died, including the alleged perpetrator, in a shooting that occurred this Wednesday in Crystal Lake, a town in Illinois (USA), reported local media.

In the shooting, three women and a man – the alleged shooter – died and another woman was seriously injured, according to data provided by the office of the Sheriff county McHenry.

Said police station received a call alerting shots at four in the morning local time (09:00 GMT). Upon arrival at the scene, officers found three women already deceased.

There was also a seriously injured man who was taken to the hospital, where he died shortly after.

The police believe that this man was the perpetrator of the shooting. Although no further details of the circumstances or the weapon used have been given, it is believed that the five people involved lived together at this address.
