Woman died of severe burns after performing ritual to “clean” her impurities

A visit to the healer to try to change his luck was the worst decision that Daniela Andrea Arbeláez made. The Colombian woman lost her life after undergoing a ritual and ending up burned in the municipality of Sopetrán, Antioquia (Colombia).

As corroborated by Noticias Caracol, the victim suffered serious injuries to 75% of the body after visiting a healer or herbalist – called that way in Colombia – with his family to “heal impurities.”

“He put alcohol, sulfur, Daniela Andrea on the body”, related the brother about the moments before the tragedy.

After the incident, Daniela Andrea Arbeláez She was taken to the San Juan de Dios de Santa Fe hospital in Antioquia where she was stabilized, but due to the severity of the injuries she had to be transferred to the San Vicente Fundación Hospital in Medellín, where she died despite the treatment she received in the burn ward .

Now the relatives of the victim demand justice so that the healer receives a strong sanction after the damage caused.
