The Electoral Tribunal of El Salvador officially calls the 2024 general elections

The other modality is face-to-face electronic voting at the consulates or offices that the TSE designated and may be done by Salvadorans abroad whose current DUI or is not issued within the national territory or abroad and whose domicile says that it is in The Savior.

The Washington Office on Latin American Affairs (WOLA) issued a statement on Wednesday stating that Salvadorans will go to the elections to elect a president and legislative and municipal authorities “In a context of deteriorating state of Law” and human rights violations where it is imperative to guarantee free, transparent and fair elections”.

REGISTRATION PROCESS BEGINS

After the call for elections, political parties can now carry out the registration process before the TSE of their presidential and vice-presidential candidates.
