The United States Government has admitted this Friday that it will be difficult for the leaders of the G20 reach a consensus to issue a final joint statement, due to differences over the war Ukraine.

If the summit of New Delhi concludes without a joint statement, it would be the first time in history that this has occurred, which would raise questions about the geopolitical relevance of this group.
