Skibitski, who made these statements during the annual meeting of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) in Kyivstressed that Russia maintains a very powerful contingent in Ukrainewhich includes a large number of tanks, armored vehicles, artillery systems, multiple rocket launcher systems and missile systems.
