The French government will dissolve associations that proselytize or finance Hamas

The Minister of the Interior France, Gerald Darmaninannounced this Saturday that any group or association that does proselytism or finance the Palestinian Islamic group Hamas and confirmed the ban on demonstrations in support of that organization, considered terrorist.

At a press conference, Darmanin reported that last week 65 people were arrested for antisemitismof which 23 are foreigners, and 189 acts against the Jewish community in France.

The minister was precisely questioned about the relationship between the war Israel against Hamas and the attack committed in France by the young Chechen Islamist Mohamed M.who stabbed a high school teacher to death this Friday (Arras) Domingos Bernardo57 years old.

“I will not comment on the investigation (that of Arras). However, there is a jihadist atmosphere that is palpable. We see these images, this apology for terrorism (in Hamas) and this intention to commit anti-Semitic acts. All of this allows us to take action more easily”Darmanin stated.
