Biden says he won’t stop until he secures the release of the rest of the Americans kidnapped by Hamas

The Palestinian group Hamas announced this Friday the release of the Americans Judith and Natalie Raanan, both from Evanston, outside Chicago, after mediation by Qatar.

In his message, Biden thanked the governments of Qatar and Israel for their role in releasing the hostages.

The president did not mention the names of the hostages, but stressed that they had to go through “a terrible experience in the last 14 days” and said he was “very happy” to soon be reunited with their families.
