Capitol assault judge lifts order barring Trump from insulting prosecutor

Chutkan decided to prohibit all parties involved in the case from issuing statements that attack the prosecutor, his staff, potential witnesses or any members of the court, including their families.

Instead, it refused to restrict comments that disparaged the Administration of the Joe Biden or the Department of Justice, to whom trump accused of carrying out a “Witch hunt” against him.
