The Peruvian-Israeli woman who disappeared after the Hamas attacks was found dead with her husband, confirms the Foreign Ministry

The Peruvian Israeli citizen Margit Shnaider was found dead along with her husband, an Argentine national, after remaining missing since the attacks by the armed wing of the Hamas in Israel On October 7, Itamaraty reported this Saturday, a death that brings the total to three nationals who died in the conflict.

“Itamaraty regrets to inform that the compatriot Margit Shnaider and her husband, of Argentine nationality, missing since the attacks of October 7th, were found dead”indicated the Public Ministry on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

The institution added that the Peruvian Government “expresses its greatest rejection and repudiation of the murder of Shnaider and her husband, and any act of violence that affects life.”

Itamaraty regrets to inform that compatriot Margit Shnaider and her husband, of Argentine nationality, missing since the attacks on October 7th, were found dead.

With the death of Shnaiderthere are three Peruvians who have died since the start of the conflict in Israel and the Gaza Strip.

And a few hours later he announced the death of the Peruvian doctor Daniel Leviwho had disappeared after the attacks 15 days ago and was in Be’eri Kibbutzin a location close to the Gaza strip.

There were two other Peruvians reported missing, Rufina Pereyra and Giancarlo Salabut both appeared alive on October 11, Itamaraty also reported.
