Ielly Alves, 23, was filming Diego Fonseca pointing the gun at her when he suddenly pulled the trigger and she dropped her camera.
A few seconds earlier you heard Alves say, “Go ahead, do it.” Wow, so great.’
After the shot was fired, Fonesca rushed Alves to the hospital, where he claimed she was shot by two men on a motorcycle.
After police discovered that he contradicted himself during interrogation, Fonesca was taken to the police station where his phone was checked.
Police officers discovered the video recorded by Alves and charged Fonesca with murder. They later recovered the .380-caliber pistol near his parked car.
Fonesca had previously been arrested for theft and assault of an ex-girlfriend.
Alves’ mother, Olesiane, said Fonesca called her because Alves was in the hospital.
She told G1, “I heard from him that she was in the hospital.” At the medical center, he hugged me and said, “Mother-in-law, whoever did this to her will pay.”
Olesiane also claimed that Alves told her just hours before her death that she wanted to break up with Fonesca because it “wasn’t working.”
Fonesca allegedly attacked Alves last year, requiring stitches in her arm. And in 2022, Fonesca allegedly punched Alves after he saw her talking to an ex-boyfriend.
Alves’ mother sent her a terrible message after her last attack by Fonesca: “If he threatens you and hurts you again, get a protection order.”
“This is how most femicides happen. No one believes that a person is capable of this until he sees that he is dead.”
In 2018, a musician filmed himself talking about his birthday.
Prentis Robinson was filming himself with a selfie stick on a country road near Wingate, North Carolina, when a man approached him and fired four shots.
Prentis appears irritated at the sight of his weapon and repeatedly says “You on Live” in a calm voice before the shots are fired in quick succession.
