Milei remembers prosecutor Nisman nine years after his death and talks about “homicide”

The prosecutor planned to present a complaint to Congress against the then president of Argentina, Cristina Kirchner (2007-2015), for alleged cover-up of suspected terrorists.

The special prosecutor in the case investigating the attack on the headquarters of Argentine Israeli Mutual Association (AMIA), which in 1994 left 85 dead and more than 300 injured, denounced Fernández and his chancellor Hector Timerman -now deceased- and other leaders of the Kirchnerism for covering up Iranian citizens accused of the worst terrorist attack in the history of the Argentina.

He ‘Nisman case‘ – a real puzzle that motivated television series, hours of television programs and dozens of pages in Argentine newspapers – was first investigated as a suicide and then labeled as a homicide.

Currently, five people remain indicted in the case investigating the prosecutor’s death.

In the current Executive, positions regarding the ‘Nisman case’ have been diverse, with Milei accepting the homicide thesis on more than one occasion in his parliamentary and television interventions.

Before the president, the current Minister of Justice, Mariano Cúneo Libaronastated in 2017 that Nisman “I can not stand” is that “There is data that leads us to believe that someone did not enter through a window (to kill him)”, moving closer to suspicions that the prosecutor committed suicide. It turns out that Bullrich, then a legislator, spoke to him on the phone hours before his death, as he detailed to the court, as he acknowledged in an interview.
