Russian authorities confirm the death of all 74 occupants of the Russian Il-76 military plane

The governor of Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkovconfirmed today the death of 74 occupants of the Russian Il-76 military transport plane, including 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war, which crashed this morning in that border region with Ukraine.

The Il-76 crashed at approximately 11:00 local time (08:00 GMT), approximately 50 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
