Noboa: “It’s very difficult to leave the country, but you have to face the world”

The president of Ecuador, Daniel Noboasaid this Wednesday in Madrid that it is “very difficult to leave” his country, but considered that “we have to face the world”, on his first official trip abroad since the “internal armed conflict” was declared.
