Ecuador: Prosecutor charges terrorism suspect for violent occupation of TC Televisión

The defendant has also been linked to another case for the crime of “organized crime”, in which a preventive detention order was also issued against him.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office explained that this case is being processed based on the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Codewhich punishes the crime of terrorism with sentences of thirteen to sixteen years in prison.
