Opposition lawmaker Jorge Álvarez Máynez registers as presidential candidate in Mexico

Jorge Álvarez Máynezdeputy for the minority party Citizen movementsigned up this Thursday as a presidential candidate in Mexico for the June 2 elections, which completes the list of three candidates.

The 38-year-old licensed legislator formalized his candidacy before the National Electoral Institutelocated in the south of Mexico City.
