The ELN and the Colombian government unfreeze dialogue and announce the cycle in Venezuela on April 8

The guerrilla National Liberation Army (ELN) and the Government of Colombia announced this Monday in a joint statement that both parties will resume dialogue – suspended last week – and confirmed that the seventh cycle in Venezuela It will take place from April 8th to 22nd.
