Trump promises to release Capitol attackers if re-elected

Former American President donald trump promised on Monday to release people detained for their participation in the attack on Capitol 2021 as soon as he returns to power, in case of victory in the November elections.

“My first action as your next president will be to close the border (…) and release for the hostages of January 6th unjustly arrested”he wrote trump at night of Monday on your network Social Truthwithout further details.

trump has discussed in the past what he would do if he were re-elected, promising that upon his return for the White House would act as a dictator only in the “first day”.

In January, during a campaign event in the northern state of Iowa, the mogul called the Democratic president Joe Biden for “release the hostages“, a term generally used to refer to for arrested for participating in the attack on Capitolcampus of Congress.
