Brazil: armed criminal who kidnapped 17 bus passengers in Rio de Janeiro surrenders

The armed man who took 17 passengers hostage on a bus parked in Rio de Janeiro’s main terminal on Tuesday, after injuring two other people with gunfire, handed himself in to the police after almost three hours of kidnapping, official sources reported.
