The Kremlin keeps secret where Vladimir Putin will vote in the Russian elections

The Kremlin keeps the location chosen by the president secret Russian, Vladimir Putinto vote in the next presidential elections in which he aspires to a fifth term.

“We will inform you. Voting will last three days. Like the rest of the citizens, he (Putin) can vote on any of these days, be it Friday, Saturday or Sunday,” said the Russian Presidency spokesman, Dmitri Peskovin his daily telephone press conference.

This is the second day in a row that the press has tried, without success, to learn about Putin’s plans for the elections that will begin tomorrow and which, for the first time in Russian history, will last three days.

Russia Today is also the tenth anniversary of the annexation of the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea and Putin is expected to take part in a rally in Red Square on Monday to commemorate this anniversary.

In 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2018, Putin exercised his right to vote in the electoral college of the Russian Academy of Sciences, based on Leninsky Avenue, in Moscow.

During the 2018 elections, the Russian president acknowledged, after the vote, that he had voted for himself because he was convinced that his electoral program was correct.
