Zelensky promises a “fair response” to the double Russian attack on Odessa

The president of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenskycondemned this Friday the double attack with Russian missiles on a residential area of Odessa that killed at least 16 people, and called on the Ukrainian army to give a “fair response” to the massacre.
