Venezuela: Manuel Rosales says he is ready to retire if another opponent overcomes the Government’s obstacles

“I tell you with my heart in my hand. Look for a negotiation, look for a candidate who overcomes the Government’s obstacles and obstaclesand I will give my candidacy to whoever I want”, said Rosales during an activity in Maracaibo, capital of the state of Zulia.

“If you don’t vote, we will take away your CLAP (subsidized food bag). It does not work. If you don’t vote, we will expel you. The salaries are miserable and this blackmail doesn’t work. There’s no point here, people won’t abstain. If they don’t put up another candidate, I will continue with the flag of Venezuela loud,” he insisted.
